Everyone’s relationship with food is unique. What works for others doesn’t necessarily work for you, because of this we will work towards practical goals looking into what you eat and tweaks to help shred those pounds. For me specifically, I hated calorie counting! I despised scanning packet after packet deciding what I can and can’t eat. For me the best plan was discovering which food groups worked and how I could adapt them into my meal plan. We will focus on your normal eating habits where simple but effective changes will make a huge impact on not only your health but your mindset when it comes to nutrition.
