Hello, I’m Emma.

I believe that fitness should be fun and always aim to demonstrate that with sessions that are tailor made to challenge and push any clients to achieve their goals. With a relaxed atmosphere the focus is on keeping your fitness comfortable and your progress steady. Having worked with personal trainers myself in the past, I have good experience of what worked for me and I am in a position to draw on this experience to ensure I deliver sessions with achievable targets.

Along my fitness journey I have competed in races ranging from five kilometres all the way up to an ultra-marathon where I ran 100 miles over the course of 4 days. This meant devising my own training plan which put emphasis on rest and recovery which is a priority I maintain when working with my clients.

Throughout the course of my training, I have also studied nutrition which has enabled me to understand the key components to achieving and maintaining fitness whilst still being able to enjoy my favourite foods and even enjoy a takeaway when exercise just can’t take away all of life’s stresses.

I am also a keen runner with my dog as we compete in agility events and we often take runs together over the trails. He has even been known to help me train people when they require the cutest motivator there is.
